  • To maintain workplaces under the control and management of Industrial Adhesives Australasia in a safe condition.
  • To provide adequate facilities for the welfare of employees and visitors at the workplace.
  • To provide such information, instruction, training and supervision to employees as are necessary to enable employees to perform their work in a manner that is safe, without risk to their health and for the consideration of the safety and health of others.

Management of oh&s:

Industrial Adhesives Australasia has developed a management system for Occupational Health and Safety which is based on the OH&S mantra:

  • Hazard Identification  
  • Risk Assessment  
  • Control and Monitoring  

The strategy which underpins our system is Ownership and Participation of OH&S by all employees together with Measurement and Communication of its various components.

All levels of management maintain an open and consultative approach to the resolution of OH&S issues.

Safety Committee meetings for designated workgroups are supported and fostered by management.
