- To maintain workplaces under the control and management of Industrial Adhesives Australasia in a safe condition.
- To provide adequate facilities for the welfare of employees and visitors at the workplace.
- To provide necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to employees so they can perform their work in a manner that is safe, without risk to their health and with the consideration of the safety and health of others.

OHS Management at Industrial Adhesives
Industrial Adhesives has developed a management system for OHS that is governed by the following elements:
- Our OHS system is underpinned by ownership and participation by all Industrial Adhesives employees. We regularly measure and communicate on all components of our OHS strategy.
- All levels of management maintain an open and consultative approach to the resolution of OH&S issues.
- Safety Committee meetings are supported and fostered by management.
